Jayeola: I got into poetry in secondary school *girls laughing* when I read a poem about love *kissing background noise* that really inspired me. I thought to myself that's how i'd love to write. Esther: *soft breathing* I write poetry because it's my safe zone, a place i go to where i talk to it and it speaks to me.
*wind chimes audio*
Jayeola: It's easy to write 'i feel' or 'i think' but then to actually describe how you feel is special thing. Especially in cases of mental health.
